Earthramp Bikeparks

Dylan Deluxe

Posted in Uncategorized by earthtramp on January 24, 2012

The main dirt diggler on our crew  just landed himself a nice seat on the deluxe team. We all psyched for the derty dilly to produce more of the like above.

In other news our Abbotsford council meeting for the bike park went rather well. Check the trail boss’ diorama. If all the hoops get jumped thru you Abbotsford locals are going to be shredding some new jumps by the summer. Get psyched.

Heavy Nettle filmed by the bros out at 4130 BMX Gallery.

Totally unrelated, sucker punch Steve filmed this rather long Vanier Jam edit last summer. Hang keen.

Trails are wet, beach is cold, days are short…

tarped up.

But there were good times to be had through the summer…
Ride On bike shop threw down a jam at Vanier and it was one of summers highlights, tonnes of folks and everyone shredded!
A staple of the summer for trail riders in the know is Adam Dikes Heavy Nettle Jam. Trails on private property are the best:loud music, fire, well maintained trails, all without the worry of the looming plow.
Dig season is upon us, time to create bigger better things for the summer ahead!

Curvature Research

Posted in Uncategorized by earthtramp on November 15, 2010

Real big thanks to Nick at ESPN and Kyle Emery Peck for the coverage over here. ESPN!
Oh and from the opening. In the meantime the crew has been lurking hard on some curvatures and dreaming up new lines daily. Dig.

Jumps are done. Go roast em

Posted in Uncategorized by earthtramp on September 9, 2010

The ramps are hitting and the vibes are keen, just make sure to give the curvatures some moisture via the hi pressure hose we hooked up before ya shralp em. Watch your cases and your chainsaws and its all smooth sailing. Shout outs to Adam over at Holepunch for hooking us up with some shoes and JV for the solid snaps. Keep the trail etiquette up and word to the woods.

Between espn interviews, curvature researching, the beach, bbq’s, babes, and the best of what summer has to offer we are just about to officially lock down the situation at Vanier Park here in Vancouer. Feel free to drop by and see whats been baking in the sun for your pleasure. Cheers to Jason for the 35mm grace and James for the digital snap.

Posted in Uncategorized by earthtramp on July 7, 2010

We’ve broke ground on the park and are amped on the progress already, if ya haven’t seen the lay of the land drop by and bring us rev’s! Hope everyone has time to go to the beach cuz that place is better than anywhere else in this heat. Happy trails

Alright dewds, you’re going to have to click on the above photo for movement, it’ll be worth it…. We are chomping at the bit to get our paws all over the Vanier Park project. We’d like to thank everyone in advance for the support. Another suit and tie meeting is on the agenda before we get to walk the talk so keep an ear out and come shoot the shite.

Vanier Vacation

Posted in Uncategorized by earthtramp on April 9, 2010

We still fighting the angle of repose…. Just caught wind that the decision for the proposed Vanier Bike Park will be made sometime next week. Shovels crossed we will be dialing in Vancouver’s world class bike park in the summer, in the meantime we’ve been stump jumping and milking the rest of the winter up on Cypress. Also hit up the Sasquatch Canyon for all your trail dreaming needs.

The site is finally up and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help from these trailblazers.

We’re off to go stack some more gold and roast some more berms.

Cheers,
